Once you've signed in, completed KYB, and added your contacts, you're ready to send your first payment using Jenzy. Here's how to do it in a few steps.

1. Initiate a Payment

  • Navigate to the sidebar on the left hand side of your screen here you should see multiple options and click on "Send".

  • On the next screen you will see a dashboard that shows your send request history (it will be blank if this is your first transaction).

  • Click on "Send Money" in the top right hand corner.

2. Select Your Recipient

  • After clicking on the "Send Money" button you should see a list of your recipients. If you have a large number of contacts you can also use the search function to find the recipient for this transaction.

  • When you have found your recipient, select your recipient and click "continue".

If you have no contact you'll be redirected an prompted to add a contact.

3. Enter Your Amount

  • You can select the currency that you want to send by clicking on the toggle on the right hand side of the container.

  • Input the amount you want to send or input the amount you want your recipient to receive.

  • You can also view an approximately rate at the bottom of the container please note that this is indicative and provides an estimation of the rate you could receive.

  • When you are done click on "continue".

4. Verify the Transaction

  • You will then be prompted to verify your transaction by checking the amounts you are sending, how much the recipient will receive, an invoice and a short description relating to the reason for the transfer.

  • When that is done click "continue".

5. Review and Confirm

  • View the transactions details including amounts, fees, contact details and transfer details and checking the "i agree to the payments terms and confirm this information is correct" box.

  • When all is done click on "Request to Send Fund".
