To send a payment through Jenzy, you’ll first need to add the person or business you’re paying - we call them contacts or recipients.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to walk you through the process.

🟣 Step 1: Go to the Contacts tab

From your dashboard, click “Contacts” in the left-hand menu. You’ll see a list of any existing recipients you've added.

Then click the “Add Contact” button in the top-right corner.

🟣 Step 2: Enter the recipient’s business information

Fill in the basic business or individual details for the contact. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

You’ll need (for businesses):

  • Business legal name

  • Corporate/Tax ID

  • Business industry

  • Full address

  • Country and region

  • Contact email and phone number

and for individuals:

  • Name of recipient

  • Address

  • Email

  • Phone Number

Once everything is filled in, click “Next”.

🟣 Step 3: Enter bank account details

Next, provide the banking information for where funds should be sent.

You’ll need:

  • Account holder name

  • Bank name and country

  • Currency

  • Full bank address (including city, state, postcode)

  • SWIFT code or local bank identifiers if required

When you’ve completed all fields, click “Submit”.

✅ What happens next

We’ll run a quick verification on the contact. Most recipients are approved in minutes. Once approved, they’ll appear in your Contacts list with a green Approved badge - ready to receive payments.

If anything needs review, we’ll notify you right away.
