Need to clean up your contact list? While you can’t delete recipients directly from your Jenzy dashboard just yet, we can help you manage them.-
Here’s how it works.
🗂️ Can I remove or archive a contact?
At the moment, you can’t delete or archive a contact manually from the dashboard - but our support team can do it for you.
If you have a contact you no longer use, or one that was added in error, just reach out and we’ll take care of it.
✉️ How to request a contact removal
Please send the following to support:
The name of the contact
The email address or reference (if available)
A brief reason for the removal (e.g. duplicate, outdated, no longer active)
Once we’ve confirmed the request, we’ll archive the contact and let you know once .it’s been removed from your list.
Note: Archiving a recipient does not affect your transaction history. Past payments to that contact will still appear in your reports and audit trail.
