Once you send a payment through Jenzy, you can track it from start to finish directly from your dashboard - no more guessing, no more chasing support for updates.
Here’s how it works and what each status means.
📍 Where to track your payment
Go to the Send tab in your Jenzy navbar on the left hand side.
Click into any payment to view its details
At the top, you’ll see a status tracker showing where your payment is in the process
You can see even more information by clicking view details in the bottom right of each tab.
🧭 Payment statuses and what they mean
We use clear, step-by-step statuses so you always know what’s happening behind the scenes.
Pending
A user has submitted a send request, which is currently pending approval from Jenzy, along with a fixed rate to be assigned.
Rejected
A member of the Jenzy team has rejected the send request due to an error with the information provided.
Rate Provided
A rate has been provided by the Jenzy team for the transaction and returned to the user. Once a rate is provided, the user has 10 minutes to either accept or reject it. If no action is taken within 10 minutes, the rate will expire and the send request will automatically close.
Rate Rejected
The user has rejected the rate provided for the transaction, which closes the send request.
Rate Accepted
The user has accepted the rate provided for the transaction and has locked in the rate for 20 minutes. During this time, they must transfer the funds to the designated bank account.
Payment Sent
Funds have been transferred to the designated account, and proof of payment has been uploaded.
Completed
The funds have been released for the “last-mile” journey, and the send request is marked as fulfilled.
Rate Expired
The user has failed either to accept or reject a provided rate, or alternatively to send and upload confirmation of funds to the designated account.
🛠️ Can I get notified when the payment is complete?
Yes - you’ll receive a confirmation email once the payment settles. Notifications for other stages (like rate provided) are also available if enabled.
Dashboard alerts and email confirmations make it easy to stay on top of each step.
💬 Still not seeing movement?
If a payment is stuck in one status for longer than expected, reach out to support or your account manager - we’ll look into it straight away.
